Alexis LaRoche CPACP, Operations Administrator

I am Alexis, the daughter of Michael & Kim. I grew up in Sydney, Australia and Wellesley, MA. I grew up watching Steve Irwin, when I wasn’t dancing ballet. Animals, and in particular dogs, have always played a big role in my life. After high school, I lived in NH for four years with my two dogs – Missy and Prince – while I attended the University of New Hampshire. While pursuing my BA in Psychology, I actively researched animal behavior, as a matter of personal interest. UNH and the surrounding farms and stables gave me many opportunities to gain practical experience with a variety animals.

After school, I moved back to Wellesley to help my parents start Pampered Puppies. This not only gave me a chance to pursue my business and sales interests, it allowed me to continue to pursue my interests in animal behavior. I am a Certified Professional Animal Care Provider (CPACP) through the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC). I mostly work behind the scenes now managing the operations of the company.

We built Pampered Puppies focused on quality, service, community, and family. I love what I do, as does everyone else that works here. I am reminded everyday how special the work is that we do. This dream was built out of a desire to do better for dogs, and the appreciation we get for it is amazing. There is no better reward than a puppy’s kiss!
